Jon Palecek

Owner and CEO

Jon graduated UC Davis with a BS in Fiber and Polymer Science and minor in Economics in 1997. He started his career in IT immediately following graduation with a large mortgage company in San Diego. He quickly obtained his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer plus Internet certifications and moved on to consulting. In July of 2000 he started the Palecek Consulting Group. In 17 short years he has grown the company to over 200 active clients spread across California. Jon believes continual process improvement and personal growth are the foundations of success in business.

Jon has a beautiful wife and three wonderful children. He enjoys downtime with his family, staying physically and mentally fit, and is a devout Padres and Chargers fan.


Tory Palecek

Operations Manager

Tory graduated from Colgate University in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in Education. She spent the next 10 years in management at an industrial supply company learning about everything from HR, Marketing, and Sales, to warehouse logistics. A native to San Diego, she was thrilled to come home and start a family. She has worked for PCG since 2007 performing tasks such as Finance, HR and Marketing. She enjoys spending time with family and friends when she's not running around after her three children.


Taylor Rodger

Controller

Taylor graduated from UCLA with a degree in Economics in 2002. After college she returned to her hometown of San Diego where she completed her MBA in Finance from San Diego State University in 2004. Taylor has worked in personal and corporate finance and accounting ever since. She enjoys gardening at her home in Ocean Beach and travelling as often as possible. As of right now, Taylor has been to 41 states and 26 countries.
